Relax in our generously sized 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom abode spanning 1300 square feet. The main bedroom has a king bed, while the guest room has two double beds. Need extra sleeping space? The sofa in the living room offers a sofa bed. Our open concept living room provides ample seating for everyone. The spacious full kitchen features full sized appliances and basic cooking necessities. This offers the flexibility to enjoy home-cooked meals or explore the local dining scene. The property invites you to enjoy the onsite amenities including a heated pool, game room, Jacuzzi, BBQ grills, and complimentary bicycles, ensuring endless fun for all ages. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and attractions, there's something for everyone to enjoy just moments away. Please note the resort isn't directly on the beach, the beach is just a short walk or bike ride across the street. No Pets, No Smoking/Vaping, No Parties A refundable $250 security hold will be taken at check-in, and guests must be 21 years or older. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in the form of an email to Cancel@Vacationfla.com or a written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 60 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside the 60-day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.
