This inviting two-bedroom unit offers captivating beachfront views and ample space for relaxation after a sun-soaked day at the beach. The well-appointed kitchen and cozy living area provide the comforting feeling of home away from home. The main bedroom has a king bed and a private attached bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds, providing extra sleeping space for your convenience. There is an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. This property has two pools, a tiki hut/TV room with a fitness area, and a ping pong table. A BBQ grill at each pool with dining tables nearby. Of course, the star of this property is Crescent Beach. The powdery white sands that are world-famous are steps away. Disclaimer: The AC in this unit has a temperature and humidity sensor that will notify staff if windows or doors are left open. If staff receives an alert regarding that AC unit they will go and close the unit up for the guest to prevent the AC from being damaged. A refundable $250 security hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older at check-in. Bath towels and linens are provided; guests should bring their own beach/pool towels. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Roof Construction Notice Roof construction began on February 26, 2025, to replace the temporary roof installed after Hurricane Milton. The project will take 2 to 3 weeks, weather permitting. For safety, please use designated walking paths and avoid taped-off areas. Expect construction noise during this time. We appreciate your understanding as we complete this essential repair before the rainy season. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation policy

"A $250 authorization hold will be placed on your card at check-in. This hold is released after checkout, subject to inspection." All cancellations must be in the form of an email or written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 60 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside of the 60-day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.

Resort Rules

Our standard check-in day is Saturday, and we require a minimum stay of 7 days. If you'd like a different check-in day or a different duration of stay that isn't listed, please give us a call at 302-581-9342. On Property office hours are Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
