"Wow! Look at that view! "This is what most of our guests say as they walk into this fabulous three-bedroom 1400 SF unit. The king-bed main bedroom has a spacious private bathroom. A queen bed in one of the secondary bedrooms and two full beds in the last bedroom offer space for everyone. The kitchen beckons to cook a meal while watching the famous Gulf Coast sunset unfold like a colorful masterpiece. Sit on one of the three balconies and enjoy peace and solitude enjoying nature's glory. There is an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. This property has two pools, a tiki hut/TV room with a fitness area, and a ping pong table. A BBQ grill at each pool with dining tables nearby. Of course, the star of this property is Crescent Beach. The powdery white sands that are world-famous are steps away. A refundable $250 security hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older at check-in. Bath towels and linens are provided; please bring your own beach/pool towels. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Roof Construction Notice Roof construction began on February 26, 2025, to replace the temporary roof installed after Hurricane Milton. The project will take 2 to 3 weeks, weather permitting. For safety, please use designated walking paths and avoid taped-off areas. Expect construction noise during this time. We appreciate your understanding as we complete this essential repair before the rainy season. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in the form of an email or written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 60 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside of the 60-day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.

Resort Rules

Our standard check-in day is Saturday, and we require a minimum stay of 7 days. If you'd like a different check-in day or a different duration of stay that isn't listed, please give us a call at 302-581-9342. On Property office hours are Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
