The main bedroom offers a king bed and a private bath, while the second bedroom features two comfy twin beds, perfect for family or friends. The open living room provides a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring full-size appliances and granite countertops, makes meal prep a breeze. Be sure to explore the local dining scene as well. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the condo, making packing and laundry a snap. Step outside to make the most of our resort-style amenities! Dive into the pool or relax in the whirlpool from dawn to dusk. The property also includes a 13-slip marina. For added fun, check out our limited availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, helmets, tennis equipment, and fishing gear. Books, games, and videos are available in the lobby. Please note that the maximum occupancy is six, including children of all ages. Additional Information: House Rules: No pets, smoking/vaping, or parties. Cancellations: Minimum $95 cancellation fee applies. Photos: Balcony and views vary by unit. Age Requirement: Must be 21+ to rent and check in. Cancellation policy

A $250 authorization hold will be placed on your card at check-in. This hold is released after checkout, subject to inspection. 100% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. 50% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations.
